History

Clough and AMEC have a solid history of successful collaboration dating back to 1992 when the companies first joined forces to successfully bid and deliver the Woodside Goodwyn module construction at Jervoise Bay. The relationship has been strong ever since due to the synergies in corporate and technical strengths.

In 2004 Clough and AMEC formally joined forces in the form of the Clough AMEC Joint Venture (CAJV), with the vision of revolutionising asset support services delivered to Australia and South East Asia. Clough AMEC was awarded their first major asset support project in the same year, ConocoPhillips’ Bayu-Undan Operations and Maintenance, located in the Timor Sea.
