Clough AMEC today announced that Clough AMEC and Woodside Energy Ltd (Woodside) have agreed to enter discussions for the negotiation of a new four year contract for the continued provision of services for delivery of capital work programs for Australian assets operated by Woodside.
The existing three year contract with Woodside for the provision of these services expires in December 2008.
It is anticipated that the new contract will be awarded early in 2009, subject to agreement between Clough AMEC and Woodside, and that works will continue under the existing contract arrangements until that time.
Clough AMEC, a 50/50 Joint Venture between Clough Limited and AMEC plc, delivers engineering-led asset support services to oil and gas clients in Australia and South East Asia.
